Kirsty founded The Firefly Group in 2011. Every day she’s igniting fresh passion in her clients and the Firefly team as they work together to tackle the world’s biggest leadership challenges. Her warmth, intuition and determination bring success for her clients, time and time again. An empowering leader and unique creator of strategic partnerships, she is a catalyst for change – and change that endures, as her track record shows.
Her vision for Firefly was to enable others to achieve the clarity, insight and momentum they need to take clear steps towards individual and organisational change. It stems from her belief that everyone can fulfil their potential and deepen their impact. She also believes in the need for development specialists to continue to grow and evolve, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Most recently, this took the form of an intensive 10-month experiential learning programme completed in North America in 2013. The consequent, ongoing learning and transformation underpins Kirsty and The Firefly Group.
