Case Study
Acosvo Holistic Leadership

Chief Executives of not for profit organisations face unprecedented challenges to their personal and organisational resilience.  As a membership organisation, ACOSVO wants to support leaders to develop their resilience and to encourage networking and collaboration. CEOs in these roles often also feel isolated and under-supported.

Firefly developed and delivered a six month development programme, delivered on a pro bono basis through the Firefly Foundation and promoted through our strategic partnership with ACOSVO. Comprising development days, strengths-based profiling, and individual and group coaching sessions, the participants formed a strong support network and increased their resilience.

Participants benefitted from the support and stretch provided by the programme, created their own compelling visions and learned to use their strengths to increase their resilience.
