Nick Moran is a financial consultant who partners with early-stage companies to help them navigate and grow their businesses. His expertise spans forecasting, bespoke reporting, process improvement, due diligence support, and providing tailored financial assistance to founders facing diverse challenges.

Nick has played a key role in several high-stakes projects, including guiding a client through a near £100 million valuation exit by building the initial financial model for prospective investors and leading the financial due diligence process. He also managed day-to-day finances and monthly reporting for a health-tech group as they expanded into the US, helping to grow their annual revenues from £15 million to £50 million. Additionally, he collaborated with a client to develop an accounting playbook for a new international e-commerce platform, which achieved over $100 million in sales within two years, allowing for a smooth transition to a full internal finance team.

Outside of work, Nick loves to travel and is keen to revisit Asia, where he spent six months in his youth. Now a proud father, he looks forward to balancing his love of travel with family life and his full-time career.
