The Talent Gathering features an impressive speaker lineup, including 2023 HR Most Influential Thinker Amy Brann, world-leading adaptive adventurer Darren Edwards, and Agile HR and Agile Learning author Natal Dank. The day will be filled with thought-provoking talks, interactive Q&As, and co-working discussions designed to leave attendees with practical takeaways they can apply in their own workplaces.

The night before the event, Firefly’s CEO and Founder, Kirsty Maynor, will be the keynote speaker at an exclusive pre-event dinner for 50 senior Learning & Development professionals. This invite-only gathering is an opportunity for high-level discussions in a more intimate setting, bringing together leaders who are driving change within their organisations and across the industry.
