Earlier this month, we gathered the entire Firefly team at the stunning Archerfield House, just outside of Edinburgh. Along with the beautiful surroundings, great food, and a few celebratory drinks, we took the time to officially launch our new Firefly Online Learning Library to the whole team.
We recently brought our team together to celebrate the launch of our Online Learning Library. With a core team and Collaborative Partners from UK, US, Canada and Europe it was an unforgettable stay and occasion! And an event filled with connection, reflection, and excitement for the future of our work.
This Online Library project has been a long time in the making and we’ve curated accessible, bite-sized videos and practical workbooks to help professionals grow in their roles. From managing teams to improving communication, the library covers a wide range of leadership and development topics*.
The gathering at Archerfield wasn’t just about work - you’ll hear more from us on the Online Learning Library in November 2024 - it was a chance to reconnect, celebrate, and reflect on the journey that brought us here. Our Founder and CEO, Kirsty, shared her thoughts on the significance of this event:
“It was an absolute delight to be able to bring the full Firefly team together (other than a handful of people who couldn't travel and joined us remotely) for our recent get-together. Taking the time to come together, celebrate the launch of the Firefly Online Learning Library and build our community so that we can continue to grow the business was always going to be time well spent - and we did it in style! It still feels mind-blowing to me that I set a vision for this business and day by day, week by week, month by month, we create that in real life. I am honoured to have these fabulous coaches and core team members with me and consider it a gift to be able to lead Firefly into our new future. The work we do with clients truly makes a difference and together we can achieve a greater impact on the wider world. I'm excited to see what emerges from our time together!”

The Firefly Retreat to Archerfield also gave us a chance to reflect on the journey so far, to celebrate how far we’ve come as a team, welcome new team members and to look forward to the future with optimism. With our collective energy and shared commitment, we’re excited to see how this new resource will support our clients in their professional journeys.
