Evoking transformation with systemic supervision to support the coaching culture.

At Firefly, our model of systemic supervision aligns with the Co-active coaching ethos: promoting creativity and resourcefulness in individuals in order to support the coaching culture of the organisation.

Our systemic coaching supervision programme provides a supportive yet challenging environment, where individual coaches are encouraged to explore a range of topics and take part in reflective practice as they contribute to the growth and development of the organisation.

With combined experience of more than 400 hours delivering one-to-one supervision, all our coach supervisors hold a Coaching Supervision Academy (CSA) Diploma in Coaching Supervision. As an organisation, we also pride ourselves in our ongoing commitment to the supervision of our own coaches; supporting their evolution and continuous professional development to ensure the highest standard of service for our clients.

Supervision has been a great opportunity to reflect on the impact of the coaching (and) made me understand myself more. I’ve really liked Zoe’s approach - a combination of coaching and exploration, combined with practical tips and advice.
